Your crew left a few minutes ago, and I wanted to write to say that they were thoroughly impressive. They carefully planned out their route for carrying in the sink and counter, avoiding obstructions and areas that could be hazardous in the snow (despite our efforts to remove as much of the snow as possible). They were patient, polite, and helpful, appeared to have a good grasp of the handling requirements for soapstone, and did a beautiful job. The counter looks terrific, and we'll be glad to send you some better snapshots when our job is done.
