Digital Measure & Templating
Top quality countertops begin with our Measuring and Drafting department. Equipped with Faro digitizer arms, our Measurers make a digital template of the tops to be fabricated. With the Faro arm’s accuracy (within a thousandth of an inch!) and ability to convert the measurements into an AutoCAD document, our fabricators are able to create custom countertops with an accuracy unmatched by a system using conventional templates.
After our Drafting team has finalized a production drawing, each job goes through a final pre-fabrication check to ensure that the drawings are complete, and match the customer’s specifications.
